Finance Module

The implementation of Banner finance has been delayed for further investigation with merger procedures.  The Banner finance team still continues to meet with SCT finance consultants to train on the finance module.

The finance implementation team was integrally involved in the preparation of the Request For Proposal (RFP) and the selection of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and vendor. During the implementation phase, the majority of the ERP team is 100% dedicated to the project. The ERP finance implementation team has conducted interviews to map existing finance processes.
