Employee Self Service

A great new feature that will be available to employees is the employee self service component of Banner!  Via the Web and myUT web portal, employees will be able to view individual information on items such as sick and vacation leave balances, pay information including earnings and deduction history, and pay stubs.  In addition, benefit data such as past and future changes to benefit data and year-to-date information, campus directory information, and finally job information relating to current and previous positions held at the University. 


With employee self service, employees will have access to view:

  • Benefits & Deductions

  • Pay Information

  • Tax Forms

  • Jobs Summary

  • Leave Balances

University employees will also be able to view and update:

  • Address & Phone Numbers

  • Emergency Contact Information
