The Information Technology process team provides effective technical resources to the core
process teams, establishes the technical environment
for the new enterprise systems, and develops operational procedures and processes for effective
support of our new enterprise systems. |

The IT process team serves two roles. First, it provides technical resources to the other
ERP process teams (finance, human resources, student, financial aid, portal, and reporting) on a long-term
basis. Individual application developers and systems analysts well versed in the business aspects of particular
ERP processes are assigned 100% or nearly so to individual process teams. Second, the IT process team
establishes the technical infrastructure (hardware, operating system, databases, applications) for the SunGard
SCT Banner suite and develops new operational procedures and processes for reliable support and maintenance of
the new ERP systems.

document describes the Banner database instances at the University of Toledo

Legacy Data Access - The document details the options for accessing
legacy system data after a Banner module installation.

HRS
Interfaces - The document list the SCT Plus HRS inbound and
outbound interfaces or third-party applications. Information on the
document includes an interface title and description, job numbers,
department/area, if the interface is required in Banner, Banner due date, IT
responsible party, comments, and University user contact.
