Web Portal - Communications and Training
The purpose of this workgroup is twofold: First, develop a communications strategy for informing the campus
community about the myUT portal and its capabilities. Second, develop training materials and deliver
training (either via informational sessions or online tutorials) to the community.

Topics to be addressed
Specific tasks undertaken by this workgroup include:

Arrange for informational sessions to campus governance groups

Arrange for informational sessions to the campus at large

Coordinate publication of information via University and student media channels

Write online tutorials for portal users

Deliver training sessions to students, faculty, and staff
